One of the Gold Coast's newest real estate agencies is sure to lead the industry in a very short time frame. GC Residential have approached Kobo to build a realty web site which allows their agents to manage their own properties in their own listing.

All I can say is test it for yourself. This project is still growing and new features will be added occasionally, so come back to check it out.

Auto image resizing
Full listing search using multiple selectors
Customised drop down menus allows visitors to easily and intuitively select multiple values
Random property listing
Automatic colour and theme selection dependant on property listed or content (e.g. GC Residential, GC Prestige or Auctions)
Everything is fully editable by our client
